Fred Erlich never stops. Though recently retired as CEO of Living Resources Corporation, an 850-employee organization dedicated to providing services to individuals with intellectual disabilities, Fred continues to work as a social service entrepreneur.
The mastermind behind The College Experience and CareerNext (both POSTMKTG clients) and many other innovative programs, Fred has now turned his talent toward the development of a continuing education service that taps the tremendous talent resident within his former organization.
POSTMKTG was hired by Impact ALL in late 2020 to professionalize its brand and develop a full-service client-manageable web platform for course promotion, course delivery and certification.
Most human service professionals, social workers and mental health counselors are required take continuing education courses to maintain their licenses. But many of the courses offered merely ‘tick the box.’ Fred and his team recognized that the counseling staff at Living Resources, with their hands-on experience serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, could offer a range of unique programs, valuable not just to others serving the ID population, but any social service professional.
The web platform developed by POSTMKTG and launched in May 2021 allows Living Resources to promote and register students for both live and via-Zoom CE courses, as well as asynchronous courses students will be able to take at any time and at their own pace.
