Regional Food Bank: Website rebrand, rebuild, and relaunch

Parallel to the development of its powerful new logo and graphic identity developed in partnership with The Martin Group, the Regional Food Bank hired long-time local partner POSTMKTG to redesign and rebuild its website. It was the fourth time POSTMKTG’s principal and founder, Ronald Ladouceur, was asked to undertake the task!

As a member of the Food Bank’s board of directors, 18 years prior, Ladouceur built the organization’s first (functional) website. He also built (and subsequently revised a couple of times) the organization’s sister brand website, Food Bank of the Hudson Valley.

For the latest iteration, energized by its new graphic standards, the Food Bank worked with POSTMKTG to develop a from-the-ground-up site map, then design, write, code, and launch the new website in coordination with the public unveiling of the new logo. POSTMKTG also advised and implemented a strategy for welcoming Food Bank of the Hudson Valley into the combined brand family.

Importantly, POSTMKTG designed the site and provided the training necessary to allow Regional Food Bank staff to manage and update the new site independently, with only modest ongoing technical support.

The launch was flawless, with the redesigned and rebuilt website providing both graphic standards continuity and, more importantly, a utility that communicates to partners, volunteers, donors, and all served by the brand the value the Regional Food Bank brings to the community.
