Hamilton Crossing Apartments

BCNi is Schenectady NY’s leading not-for-profit housing and community development organization. Hamilton Crossing is a scattered-site rental project is comprised of 11 high-quality units of newly renovated affordable housing located across six properties. This project focused on removing blight and decay, preserving existing housing stock, and restoring a sense of pride and community for the individuals and families who call this area home.

For the October 29, 2026 open house, POSTMKTG, which had previously branded and positioned the organization, designed its logo and key collateral materials, and designed and built the organization’s website, produced all key promotional materials: brochure, signage, banners, email marketing, and even cookies.
