Feeding NYS seeks to end produce waste

1.2 billion pounds of produce goes to waste every year in New York State.

Feeding New York State, a nonprofit that coordinates distribution of donations and grants to support New York’s food banks from the government, private foundations and individuals, hoped we could help people visualize just how big 1.2 billion is.

Using old school cel animation, we produced this charming video which will serve as the centerpiece of an annual campaign focused on moving more produce to the tables of hungry people.
